We act as the operating system for your household. From remembering to buy essentials, to coordinating with household staff and planning your weekly meals, we take the execution and mental load off your plate so you can focus on simply living.
How does the gifting work?
With our Ease tier, you choose an annual budget bundle (e.g. ₹10,000 for 10 gifts). When a birthday party invite comes in, simply forward it to us. We select an age-appropriate gift from our curated vendors, wrap it beautifully, and have it delivered to your doorstep ready to give.
What does "handled" actually mean?
Handled means the entire lifecycle of a task is owned by us. You set the parameters once. We monitor, procure, optimize, and organize delivery. You don't have to check if something is running low — we know, and it's already on the way.
Do I need to download an app?
No. Our philosophy is that you need fewer things to think about, not another app to look at. We communicate through the mediums you already use (like WhatsApp) and do the heavy lifting in the background.
How do you learn my preferences?
During our initial onboarding, we carefully map your tastes, dietary restrictions, preferred brands, and rhythms. We then use this foundation to anticipate your needs without asking you to repeatedly confirm standard choices.
Can I switch between tiers?
Yes. We offer four levels of support — Ease, Hold, Share, and Release. You can transition between tiers as the seasons of your life demand more or less involvement from our team.
Is this only for large households?
Not at all. We support any household — from single professionals seeking peace of mind to larger families coordinating complex schedules. Our models are tailored to the scope of your mental load.
How do I communicate with my me.low coordinator?
Primarily via WhatsApp. We send short, non-intrusive updates and rarely ask for input unless a specific decision is required.
What's included in the subscription vs. the bundle cost?
The monthly subscription covers continuous curation, logistics, tracking, and coordination. The bundle cost is the actual material cost of goods being procured on your behalf at better-than-retail value.
